Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate card administration, expense management, or financial operations.
  • Strong capability with BofA Works, SAP Concur, and Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead financial processes, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet month‑end close deadlines.
  • Advanced problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills with the ability to resolve issues independently and recommend process improvements.
  • High degree of accuracy, organization, and accountability to maintain audit‑ready documentation and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Train and support new corporate cardholders
  • Process all new P‑Card applications, verifying eligibility, approvals, and required documentation
  • Create new cardholder accounts in the P‑Card management system and configure credit limits, and hierarchy placement
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including card issuance, replacement, suspension, and cancellation requests
  • Respond to P‑Card and employee reimbursement inquiries in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and accurate support.
  • Track card expiration dates and proactively coordinate renewals
  • Serve as the primary contact for cardholders regarding program policies, transaction disputes, and system issues
  • Assist with special projects as needed by management
