Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related degree required.
• 5+ years, in Finance and 3+ years, in Industrial Operations
• Strong knowledge of the Air Liquide Business, key drivers within the business cycle, strategic planning.
• Know-how on operational levers to activate for performance enhancement.
• Know-how on ERP and BI systems to quantify and illustrate financial reports, impacts and projections.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and precise business reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Coordinate the analysis and the Group reporting. Lead the collaboration with teams for comprehensive group reporting.
• Oversee and track strategic initiatives, using data-driven insights to evaluate effectiveness and communicate progress.
• Conduct assessments to identify strategic gaps, recommend corrective actions, and monitor their impact for continuous improvement.
• Perform diagnostics on investment opportunities, monitor outcomes, and provide analytical support to optimize investment strategies.
• Ensure adherence to data governance standards, develop data management policies, and conduct compliance audits.
