People Incorporated of Virginia is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee the financial operations for People Inc of Virginia's Workforce and Housing services departments, including programs funded by WIOA, TANF, Youth Services, VA Cares and various housing initiatives. This role focuses oncost allocation, grant compliance, payroll reconciliation and billing support across programs with complex funding streams and evolving regulatory requirements. The Senior Accountant works closely with program staff and directors to provide proactive cost management, analysis, and reporting. This full-time, non-exempt position reports directly to the Accounting Manager and supports accurate, timely and compliant financial operations.
