About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to play a key role in our financial operations. This position is responsible for overseeing complex accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and supporting strategic financial initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements.
• Review and post journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and support process improvement initiatives.
