About The Position
Genesis Global Group (GGG) is a consortium of entities and institutes, in the fields of molecular biology, medicinal chemistry and biotechnology. Our mission is to improve the patient’s quality of life by linking basic science and the development of diagnostic and pre-clinical treatments. Our GGG members also engage in research and development of complex genetic tests, screening for potential drugs and drug targets, clinical trials and other research and academic collaborations.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and effectively with the public.
- Knowledge of confidentiality requirements regarding patients.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Data entry skills.
- Good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
- College Degree and CPA is required
Responsibilities
- Involved in all aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for various companies.
- Analyze general ledger and make proper journal entries.
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations.
- Have working relationship with vendors and customers to rectify any issues.
- Work with auditors to complete year end audits.
