About The Position

We are a rapidly growing Hispanic retail grocery organization operating across multiple states with 18 legal entities and a newly established corporate structure. As we continue to scale, we are transitioning from QuickBooks to a modern ERP platform and strengthening our corporate accounting infrastructure. This is a high-impact opportunity to join during a critical growth phase and help build scalable, disciplined accounting processes that support long-term expansion. We are seeking a highly analytical and self-directed Senior Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role will be instrumental in managing multi-entity accounting operations, supporting an ERP transition, improving internal controls, and helping establish full-cycle accounting processes at a corporate-level standard.
