About The Position

Alliance Fence and Supply is seeking to fill a Senior Accountant position located in Provo, UT. This person will be responsible for assisting the Director of Finance with financial closes, preparing budgets, reviewing Accounts Payable and Account Receivable work, and reviewing payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in performing financial close duties.
• Experienced user in SAGE software and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
• 3-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial close activities for month end and year end reporting.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Income statement review and variance research.
• Process payroll.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Sales tax filing.
• Insurance and workers compensation audit support.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Projects as assigned to assist in software implementations and increased efficiency efforts.
