About The Position

We are recruiting for a highly engaged Senior Accountant to join a stable technology company in the greater Sacramento Area. Compensation: $95,000-$110,000, DOE. The qualified candidate has strong financial analyst and accounting experience. CPA licence and SAP ERP systems experience is highly desired

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• CPA required
• 3+ years in financial analysis and business planning.
• Advanced Excel skills, intermediate Microsoft Office, and experience with large datasets
• Strong ERP systems experience required.
• Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent
• 3 years' experience in financial analyst and accounting roles.
• CPA required.

Nice To Haves

• SAP platform preferred.
• Experience with International Financial Reporting Standards preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, identify trends, provide management insights, and prepare related presentations.
• Support budget preparation, perform variance analysis, and contribute to strategic and operating plans.
• Manage the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, ensure accurate transaction recording, and maintain GAAP compliance.
• Develop and improve accounting procedures/systems, assist with month-end/year-end close, and lead/complete special projects.
