OneTogether Solutions (OTS) is a majority Native-owned and operated healthcare partner for Tribal nations. As the Senior Accountant, you will work on-site with our Boulder, Colorado-based team. This role supports OneTogether Solution’s responsibilities in handling administration and support for our clinics. OneTogether Solutions and the clinics we manage have a profound impact on the patients, families, and communities we serve.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year required posting accrual journal entries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in multi-entity environment
  • Team player who can work collaboratively and independently with a positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
  • Takes initiative in problem solving, completing assignments and researching issues as appropriate

Nice To Haves

  • CPA preferred, not required

Responsibilities

  • Work with controller, staff accountant, and CFO to ensure accuracy, efficiency and timeliness
  • Work across multiple systems to maintain accurate records for multiple entities
  • Month Close responsibilities, including Balance Sheet account reconciliations, posting accrual and amortization journal entries, review of all accounts, and preparing monthly reports
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable, including posting of revenue journal entries and deposits
  • Weekly reporting
  • Assist in annual audits
  • Maintain confidentiality with all sensitive information
