About The Position

Our mission is to help the world gain access to more plasma. Powered by technology and compassionate design, Join Parachute has reimagined the plasma donation experience into one that is easier and friendlier – one donation at a time. We’ve grown from 2 to 33+ operations in less than three years - and we’re just getting started! Join us as we build an organization that is as innovative behind the scenes as it is in the donor experience. We’re seeking a highly organized, analytically-minded Senior Accountant with deep experience in manufacturing and inventory accounting. This role will play a critical part in strengthening our close process, supporting multiple locations, and partnering closely with Mohammed, to build scalable financial operations. The ideal candidate is a spreadsheet power user who thrives in structured, fast-paced environments and is energized by solving problems through process, rigor, and automation. We’re not just looking for an accountant — we’re looking for a partner in building the next phase of our finance function. This is an opportunity to work directly with future leadership (Controller and VP of Finance) and contribute meaningfully to our growth trajectory.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Partner with operations to align financial results with physical inventory activity
  • Support audit requests and ensure documentation is organized and complete
  • Assist in documenting accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, ops, and systems teams
