About The Position

Senior Accountant Accountant Senior Mansfield, Texas Fort Worth:Fin/Acct/HR:Direct Hire Nov 11, 2025 Senior Accountant Responsibilities: Perform and support process for month-end, quarterly and annual closing procedures and activities. Implementation and maintenance of accounting controls, policies and procedures; and strong operational support to maintain timely and accurate job costing. Review and post all Staff Accountants journal entries. Centralization of off-site accounting functions. Monitoring and updating accounting procedures for the organization. Meet all process and reporting deadlines. Assist and guide other members of the accounting team as needed. Participate in department projects as assigned. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: 5+ years accounting experience Bachelor's degree in accounting required. Master's degree in accounting preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel required. Healthcare industry experience preferred. Experience with Sage Intacct required. Experience with Sage 100 preferred. Ability to perform basic accounting duties such as completing journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals with minimal assistance. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Teams. Strong understanding of journal entries. Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures. #IND #ZR

Requirements

• 5+ years accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience with Sage Intacct required.
