About The Position

We're Xendoo, Inc., a FinTech company providing cloud-based bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services specifically for small business owners. We offer financial peace of mind through technology-driven, efficient solutions. We deliver monthly financial reports as early as the fifth business day, supported by a dedicated team of accountants and a user-friendly dashboard for real-time financial visibility, integrating with platforms like QuickBooks Online and Xero. Our team is growing and in need of additional Senior accountants. Here at Xendoo, our accountants play a vital role in supporting small business owners by delivering accurate financials, proactive advice, and outstanding customer service.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university
5+ years’ experience in full cash-basis and accrual-basis accounting cycles: bookkeeping, A/P and A/R, journal entries, monthly and year-end close, financial statement review and analysis
Advance-level accounting knowledge (from Cash-basis through Accrual accounting), understands GAAP, and can apply theory practically to everyday accounting
Deeply understands financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Trial Balance, and more) and complex accounting and can analyze and provide guidance in simple terms to customers and co-workers.
Strong expertise in accounting software flow and can troubleshoot errors
Technology-driven and uses it to drive success
Understands small business and cares about the small business owner’s path to growth
