JOB SUMMARY: Supervise and assist in the preparation of all Operational Finance functions, including ATM Billing, Audits, Claims and Bank Vaults. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all customer billing statements and payouts. Assist with scheduling, monitoring and reporting out audit results. Analyze revenue, profitability and audit results to provide insights and assist the organization with understanding and making decisions that increase revenue and profit margin. SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with supervision of any and all personnel performing billing tasks, audit tasks and related functions. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Verify billing terms setup on all new terminals matches contractual terms. Ensure bank account and payout distribution changes are updated correctly. Review customer revenue sharing payouts for accuracy and process payments. Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements. Complete month end processing and publish monthly reports. Process and maintain breaches/collections data. Monitor all Air/Vac machines, via USA telemetry and schedule emptying of coin. Schedule and monitor completion of ATM audits. Summarize and report out ATM audit results including explanations of large variances. Maintain and ensure database integrity. Assist with preparation for the annual audit. Cross-train on all key functions in Operational Accounting and provide backup coverage for vacations. Identify and recommend efficiency improvements. Operate as a team player and help to unify the team. Performs other related duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities) Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field. 3+ years of previous experience in Accounting or Finance. Previous experience in an accounting software system. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or relevant systems. Operate within the corporate policy guidelines and business practices. Results oriented and demonstrated strong sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts. Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver. Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties. WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc. This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional overtime required.
