Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
3–5 years of experience in financial reporting and/or public accounting.
Strong knowledge of SEC reporting and US GAAP.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.

Nice To Haves

CPA certification preferred.
Experience in a large public accounting firm

Responsibilities

Prepare and review SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and other regulatory reports.
Draft financial statements and footnote disclosures in compliance with US GAAP.
Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors.
Support monthly controller reporting by gathering and analyzing data across departments.
Conduct quarterly variance analysis on balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Research and document technical accounting issues and new pronouncements.
Review journal entries and reconciliations for complex accounting areas.
Assist with accounting for business combinations and investments.
Execute key internal controls and identify opportunities for automation.
Supervise and mentor financial reporting staff.
Provide backup support and contribute to special projects as needed.
