About The Position

Join our growing organization of over 230 employees as a Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst and play a vital role in supporting our continued success! In this key role, you’ll partner directly with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain general ledger integrity, assist with budgeting, and provide meaningful insights that drive strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• Strong experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and sub-ledgers
• Conduct variance and trend analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and ensure GAAP compliance
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and audit coordination
• Support the CFO with special projects and ad hoc financial reporting
