What you’ll do Prepare and analyze cash flows, financial reports, and dashboards; develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts for stakeholders Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis to guide business decisions Assist with refinancing activities, audits, and other financial reporting requirements. Perform bank and account reconciliations; review project billing, job costing, and related invoices/contracts Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability; partner with project managers to maintain accurate project reporting Identify and implement process improvements in accounting workflows and systems Provide ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and special projects as assigned by leadership Assist the Chief Accounting Officer in evaluating financial performance and identifying areas for improvement Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls Oversee accounts payable processes, vendor payments, and staff supporting day-to-day operations Supervise and provide guidance to the financial support staff on a day-to-day basis What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4–8 years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience Experience supervising or managing accounting or finance staff Strong knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in Excel and accounting software Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience in project-based industries (construction, real estate, or professional services) is a plus Valid driver's license
