About The Position

As a Global Finance Senior Accountant, you’ll be a key member of our billing and accounts receivable team. You’ll review fee schedules, generate invoices, and process transactions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and guideline adherence. You’ll focus on critical details that ensure timely and accurate revenue recording and financial reporting. To thrive in this role, you’ve worked in billing or accounting within a large organization, with a complex financial structure. This role does require you to work in office four days a week: Monday-Thursday, typically between the hours of 8-5pm, you have the option to work from home on Friday.

Requirements

• You have 3 years of accounting or billing experience.
• You have a bachelor’s degree or higher, with an emphasis on a business-related field.
• You have experience supporting monthly close activities, preparing account reconciliations and applying variance analysis to calculations and journal entries.
• You plan ahead and always leave time for self-review all while juggling multiple, sometimes competing, deadlines.
• You have a strong proficiency level with Microsoft, specifically Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail has always been your thing. You’re highly observant and can spot missing information to avoid costly mistakes.
• Big data doesn’t intimidate you, and you can swiftly navigate spreadsheets and creatively design formulas to facilitate complex analysis and insights.
• You leverage past experiences to navigate and adapt to new scenarios, always bringing horsepower and grit to find resolution.
• You’re a skilled communicator and thrive in team settings by being authentic, inquisitive, respectful and engaging.
• Because of your great questions, you’re skilled at successful follow-up conversations.
