Requirements

• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle function including but not limited to: payment posting, reconciliation, payment research, and experience with deciphering payment EOBs and Denials
• Demonstrated ability to follow direction with established procedures & be intuitive with suggesting other workflows
• Proven ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain records of Time-of-Service Payments, including depositing & reconciling daily & monthly
• Review Patient Accounts to confirm Credit accuracy as well as process refunds accordingly
• Access Bank Portal for confirming Insurance Remit & Paper Payments received & post accurately into our EMR System
• Perform periodic and month-end balancing and reporting activities for Time of Service & Lockbox Payments for Patient & Insurance Payments
