Key responsibilities include ensuring client compliance with reporting and testing obligations, managing governing documents, coordinating employee communication, serving as a liaison for wellness programs, maintaining client relationships, resolving service issues, staying updated on vendor requirements, and managing strategic planning for benefits. The role also involves collecting and maintaining client data, attending client meetings, and sourcing new benefit offerings and point solution providers.
