The Account Executive will work closely with the Producer and Support Team to service existing Life & Health accounts and acquire new ones. Key responsibilities include assisting with the validation of enrollment, claims, and fixed fees for the data analytics system. The role requires collaboration with various internal teams such as clinical, communications, data analytics, underwriting, and actuarial to review plan performance and develop strategies for risk mitigation. The Account Executive will oversee the collection and reporting of benchmark comparisons across different lines of business, keeping clients informed of all reporting and testing obligations related to employee benefits (e.g., ACA, Form 5500, Non-discrimination Testing). They are responsible for obtaining and ensuring compliance of all governing documents, disclosures, and service agreements with current business practices and regulatory environments. The position also involves coordinating the development of communication materials for employee education across benefit plans, serving as a liaison for employer-sponsored voluntary wellness programs, and maintaining consistent client contact to ensure service needs are met. Resolving service issues, staying updated on carrier/administrator/vendor operational requirements, and managing the strategic planning process for renewals, implementations, and proposals are also critical. The Account Executive will collect, manage, and maintain employee benefit plan data in client management systems, attend client meetings and benefit fairs, and source new employee benefit offerings and point solution providers to support client needs. Additionally, they will assist in developing stewardship reporting and perform other related duties as required.
