We are looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to join our Sales team in North America on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role will focus on managing and growing an existing portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring strong client engagement, successful renewals, and continued adoption of WGSNâs services while the current account lead is on leave. In this role, you will embed yourself within customer teams, acting as a trusted partner to help them grow their business and maximize the value they receive from WGSN. As a Senior Account Manager covering maternity leave, you will take ownership of an established portfolio of key accounts in North America. Your primary focus will be managing renewals, maintaining strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities within accounts, and ensuring continuity of service and partnership while the existing account lead is on leave. Using a consultative sales approach, you will develop tailored strategies to support client needs, drive adoption of WGSNâs products and services, and contribute to the teamâs revenue goals.
