The Business Development Manager will focus on creating new business opportunities with medical device and pharmaceutical OEMs, driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, strategic partnerships, and consultative selling. This role requires an entrepreneurial and results-oriented professional who can identify emerging opportunities where VirtaMed’s simulation, digital twin, and AI training technologies deliver measurable value in sales enablement, professional education, and marketing contexts. The successful candidate will develop new customer relationships from the ground up—leveraging cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and trade show engagements—to position VirtaMed as a strategic partner in OEM education and training programs. They will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and R&D teams to deliver customized simulation solutions that strengthen customers’ commercial impact and clinical credibility.
