About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts within the photomask semiconductor industry. This role drives account strategy, revenue growth, and strong customer relationships with fabs, integrated device manufacturers (IDMs), outsourced semiconductor assemply & test (OSATS), original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and semiconductor suppliers. In collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager, the role identifies new opportunities and delivers customer value aligned with company objectives. Location: Remote - Bay Area. This role is a regional position with an expectation of approximately 50–75% travel.

Requirements

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor processes, technology trends, or advanced packaging.
  • Understanding of pricing, contracts, and revenue forecasting.
  • Ability to build trust with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex customer requirements into solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to lead through influence.
  • Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Experience using structured sales methodologies for complex, long-cycle technical sales.
  • Ability to develop and execute customer strategies aligned with near-term revenue goals and long-term technology roadmaps.
  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with fabs, IDMs, OSATs, or semiconductor equipment/supply companies.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes or supply chain.
  • Demonstrated success growing strategic accounts and long-term customer relationships.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Experience managing customer accounts with annual revenues of $10M+.
  • Ability to travel 50–75%

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned strategic customer accounts.
  • Develop account plans, quarterly business reviews, and engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate customer communications, proposals, and contract discussions.
  • Maintain strong relationships at multiple customer levels (engineering, procurement, management).
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue and booking targets.
  • Build and manage pipelines aligned with customer roadmaps and investment plans.
  • Lead sales cycles from opportunity identification through close.
  • Forecast demand and maintain CRM accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial discussions.
  • Identify customer needs and align them with product and technology capabilities.
  • Provide voice-of-customer input to product and marketing teams.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
  • Partner with applications engineering, operations, and product management.
  • Support technical evaluations, demos, and new product introductions.
  • Collaborate internally to deliver customer commitments and resolve issues.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
