About The Position

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) is a strategic leader within the Retail Media Network team, responsible for driving end-to-end campaign success for high-value vendor partners. You will take ownership of large, complex accounts—leading campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance storytelling—while mentoring Associate and Account Managers on campaign best practices and client relationship management. As a senior member of the team, you will be a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external clients. You'll identify account opportunities, campaign risks, and operational inefficiencies—and work cross-functionally to guide solutions forward. You're a natural relationship builder and project manager with expertise in digital media and retail media workflows. Your leadership and accountability ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on strategy, and with impact. You will sit within Dentsu's New Stream Media capability, supporting eRetail, Retail Media Network, and Shopper Marketing initiatives and will report to the Associate Director, Account Management.
