About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team! Overall Purpose: Drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining strategic client relationships with National Partners, negotiating contractual agreements and compensation plans, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Sales and Vendor Relationship Management: Partner and advise assigned reseller accounts to ensure attainment of sales objectives. Manages ongoing relationships with National Partners or Authorized Dealers, including joint marketing campaigns, promotional materials, product supply, and issue resolution. • Strategic Program Development: Partners to develop and implement strategic and tactical programs for profitable business growth and collaborates with channel operations to ensure effective policies and organizational support. • Forecasting and Compliance: Delivers accurate forecasts, achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, conducts operational reviews, and ensures compliance with account agreements. • Legal Documentation: Consults with the corporate legal department to develop account agreements and other legal documents, ensuring terms and conditions are followed. Job Contribution: A mid-level sales representative with comprehensive knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Manages mid-size to large, complex sales with moderate supervision. Responsible for an average quota or territory. Utilizes advanced data analysis, creative problem-solving, and exercises judgment. Leads presentations and mentors less experienced peers. If the sales career path includes multiple positions at the I09 level, the more senior role entails higher sales targets, broader scope, and greater complexity. Supervisor: No

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales related experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services
  • Utilizes advanced data analysis, creative problem-solving, and exercises judgment
