About The Position

As Senior Account Manager, Farm & Outdoor at Levi's, you will develop and implement solutions to achieve sales and profitability goals in emerging, high-growth channels. You will guide your team to create strategies that align with overall sales objectives and strengthen relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your role will be crucial in identifying growth opportunities, managing sales processes, and mentoring junior team members to ensure the business meets its goals. You will report to the Director, Regional Sales Accounts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in account management or sales within wholesale, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Experience managing complex wholesale accounts within Western, Mid-States, or Farm & Outdoor channels
  • Demonstrated people management experience with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L ownership, OTB management, and retail math.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) a plus.
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder with the ability to influence both customers and internal partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an account team, setting clear expectations and driving accountability across day-to-day execution.
  • Oversee account strategy and annual plans, translating business objectives into actionable sales initiatives.
  • Be the senior contact for buyers and external partners, managing relationships and negotiating to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Own the account P&L and OTB, using detailed financial and retail analytics to manage performance, forecasts, and profitability.
  • Oversee end-to-end account execution, including assortment planning, order management, delivery timelines, and in-stock performance.
  • Lead strategy and preparation for sell-in meetings, market appointments, and seasonal planning milestones.
  • Partner with Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to ensure aligned execution and operational excellence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform account strategy.
