Senior Account Executive
About The Position
Lithic creates card issuing and payment infrastructure for technology companies that just works. We help some of the world’s fastest-growing digital banks, fintech companies, and software companies process billions in transactions annually. We are hiring an experienced Account Executive with a passion for building relationships. This account executive should be strategic and hands on, and be able to translate technical problems into simple and compelling solutions. They should be resourceful and a self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate is passionate about fully understanding a domain, and succeeds by providing expertise and value to their clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success in quota carrying sales role, with demonstrated experience selling SaaS based solutions
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical products and APIs
- Passion for achieving goals in an early/growth stage environment
- Proven ability to take complex customer requirements and craft solutions
- Strong writing, content development, and in-person and virtual presentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in fintech, payments, or API-first companies is preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for strategic verticals
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for early- and late-stage fintech companies
- Own a named account list and develop account plans for winning business
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders
- Be accountable for meeting/exceeding agreed-upon sales targets
- Become the go-to expert for your verticals, and use that expertise to provide value to your prospects and insights to our product teams
- Deeply understand our products and how they apply to customer problems, so you can be successful before we fully ramp solution engineering, sales development, and enablement
- Partner with Marketing on customer targeting, outbound campaigns, and optimizing conversion rates at every funnel stage
