Together, we can help patients get the right drugs at the right times. We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Account Executive at Symphony Health, an ICON, plc company, you will play a pivotal role in building the Media Data & Analytics Services practice fostering client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and contributing to the advancement of innovative data & analytics solutions for Pharma/Biotech companies and the agencies that service them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and pre-commercial biotech/pharma with a proven/successful track record selling data & analytics to marketers and their agencies
  • Strong knowledge of AdTech, MCM, MarTech, audience engagement strategies, and media measurement including programmatic solutions with holding companies and agencies
  • Strong relationships and rolodex of bio/pharma marketing and agency decision makers with the ability to start fast and build a robust Media business/pipeline in the data & analytics space
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact for communication and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of services.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth, leveraging industry trends (AI) and market insights.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
