About The Position

Healthie is hiring a Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team. In this role, you’ll build meaningful relationships, showcase the Healthie platform, and bring new customers into the Healthie ecosystem. As a senior member of our Growth team, you’ll help shape sales strategy, mentor peers, and drive measurable revenue as Healthie continues to scale rapidly. We’re seeking someone passionate about advancing digital innovation in healthcare, with extensive experience in technology or SaaS sales—ideally within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor with a consultative, customer-first approach, skilled at forming genuine partnerships and ensuring Healthie is the right long-term solution for every client.

Requirements

  • You have 4–7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or partnerships.
  • You have experience in healthcare tech, EHR, or digital health platforms and understand how technology can power better care delivery.
  • You have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas ($1M+ ARR targets).
  • You have a strong understanding of solution-selling and consultative sales frameworks, and a strong product demo background.
  • You are confident in managing the full sales cycle — from qualification to discovery to demo to negotiation to close.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with Growth teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, Product, RevOps, and Support.
  • You’re comfortable engaging senior executives and key decision-makers, and you know how to represent Healthie externally — in meetings, at conferences, and in strategic presentations.
  • You’re adaptable and willing to travel as needed, operating effectively in both remote and in-person environments.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator — clear, concise, and empathetic in both written and verbal interactions.
  • You care deeply about people — your colleagues, customers, and partners — and you lead through influence, not authority
  • You have grit and a bias toward execution — driven by results, unfazed by challenges, and focused on getting things done.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle — from qualification to close — with a focus on driving new business across digital health and healthcare organizations.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through strategic outbound efforts, inbound lead follow-up, and partner referrals.
  • Conduct deep discovery calls and tailored product demos that align with each prospect’s unique needs and workflows.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue, ensuring predictable and transparent reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product to ensure smooth handoffs and successful customer onboarding.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor — educating prospects on best practices, industry trends, and the evolving digital health landscape.
  • Capture and communicate customer feedback and market insights to influence product roadmap and strategy.
