About The Position

Comcast, a Fortune 50 leader in media and technology, is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Small and Mid-size Businesses (SMB). This role involves selling Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services, with a particular focus on advanced communication solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering face-to-face sales presentations, promoting bundled products, and exceeding departmental financial and unit targets. The position requires staying informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to effectively position Comcast Business Services in the market.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop territory, including local business partnerships and organizational affiliations, and enhance Comcast positioning and brand.
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
  • Conduct new acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
  • Generate new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.
  • Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities.
  • Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance prospects' ability to communicate more effectively.
  • Effectively manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
  • Team with technical, customer service and related support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction and drive new revenue growth.
  • Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects that will yield production levels of monthly quota performance and above.
  • Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
  • Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism.
  • Maintain punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
