About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for managing key enterprise clients, driving growth through strategic planning and execution. Requirements

  • Completed university degree or relevant commercial training
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in SaaS sales
  • Extensive experience in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients
  • Ideally experience in industries such as public sector, finance, insurance, manufacturing, or healthcare
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Technically adept with an interest in digitalization, compliance, and IT security
  • Excellent German language skills (minimum C1)
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills with customers
  • Authentic, clear, competent, and agile personality
  • Desire for personal development and success

Responsibilities

  • Manage 10-20 enterprise clients independently
  • Develop detailed territory and account plans
  • Create strategies for sustainable client development and revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling
  • Analyze market and customer developments and derive actionable recommendations
  • Regularly create and present forecasts, taking data-driven actions
  • Collaborate efficiently with departments like Customer Success or Solution Engineering
  • Maintain activities and documentation reliably in Salesforce
  • Proactively support the team in professional and personal development
