Requirements

Bachelorâs Degree Required.
4-6 years of experience selling within the CPG industry.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Syndicated Data.
Thorough understanding of business financials.
Experience presenting to executive level personnel both internally and at top Retailers.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing a broker network preferred.
Experience with Walgreens or Drug Accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to deliver business objectives.
Attain annual sales, trade-spending, and profit goals.
Identify profitable growth opportunities within existing accounts and create actionable plans.
Analyze syndicated and consumption data to achieve overall goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
Oversee Broker Partner to achieve strategic goals by providing leadership and support.
Manage overall financial aspects including Siebel, Trade Spend, Deductions, and SG&A.
Build relationships with senior-level contacts in key customers to maximize results.
Lead and collaborate with internal teams in sales, marketing, RGM, and finance.
