Account Management sits at the heart of the agency and in this role, you will work closely with every department, as well as a variety of client-side stakeholders to independently and proactively lead some of our large accounts - becoming their trusted point of contact. As a Senior Account Director, you will own the strategic leadership, delivery excellence, and commercial success across a portfolio of high-value client accounts. You will lead integrated campaign strategy, drive business growth, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver world-class influencer and social-first campaigns. You will be a trusted senior partner to clients, a mentor to your team, and a key contributor to the agency’s future - overseeing strategic direction, campaign delivery, business growth, and team development.
