Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in quality systems, manufacturing operations, or regulated environments
  • Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing environments
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, corrective action systems, audits, and quality documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and influence without authority
  • Ability to develop and maintain documentation for complex processes
  • Must possess elevated attention to detail
  • Thrives in process development and organizational roles
  • Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Santa Rosa area.
  • Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AS9100, export compliance knowledge, product lifecycle (PLC), and R&D to manufacturing transitions
  • Experience building dashboards and metrics to manage quality systems proactively

Responsibilities

  • Own Operations Quality Systems
  • Lead and sustain the HFTC Operations Business Management System (BMS), ensuring quality processes, documentation, and governance are embedded into daily operations.
  • ISO & Audit Leadership
  • Serve as the Operations representative for all internal and external audits (ISO 9001, AS9100, DEKRA), maintaining continuous audit readiness and driving timely closure of findings.
  • Corrective Action & Risk Management
  • Own Ops related corrective and preventative action processes, including nonconforming product, returns, waivers, and systemic quality risks; ensure robust root cause analysis and closed loop execution.
  • Process Control & Change Governance
  • Govern Operations process change control and ensure manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and quality records remain accurate, current, and compliant.
  • Metrics & Continuous Improvement
  • Define, track, and review Operations quality metrics and dashboards to assess business health, identify gaps, and prioritize continuous improvement actions.
  • Quality Culture & Training
  • Promote a strong quality culture across Operations by ensuring effective training, onboarding, and ongoing quality awareness at all levels of the organization.
