About The Position

The Semiconductor Lithography Process Engineering Manager at Keysight Technologies will lead a team responsible for maintaining, developing, and optimizing lithography processes for semiconductor manufacturing and new technology development. This role requires a strong technical background in lithography, excellent leadership skills, and a focus on continuous process improvement. The manager will also oversee the Computer Aided Artwork (CAA) team and manage lithography mask artwork processing, planning, and inventory management.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor lithography process engineering or equivalent proven technical skills.
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing engineering teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of lithography processes, semiconductor mask layouts, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
