Semiconductor Engineer needs 2+ years experience Semiconductor Engineer requires: B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or Material Science Strong communication and good interpersonal skills Work with internal and cross-functional teams Demonstrated laboratory skills presenting results to technical team Statistical analysis Packaging Semiconductor Semiconductor Engineer duties: Work together with application engineer to develop the semiconductor packaging material for advanced packaging. Takes ownership and responsibility for assigned work and will operate the semiconductor application equipment including failure analysis
Requirements
- 2+ years experience
