About The Position
Position: Local & Regional Truck Driver (Hazmat Endorsement Required within 90 Days – reimbursement provided) Drivers will make daily deliveries to 40 grocery stores in IL (no downtown Chicago), Northern IN, MI (including Upper Peninsula), OH, and WI. Including shuttles between 2 distribution facilities in Lansing & Pleasant Prairie Drivers will be expected to pickup backhauls back to Lansing, MI (approx 85% drop and hook) Chicago suburb runs are the main activity on the account (but nothing in the city of Chicago), 85-90% of runs go there from both Pleasant Prairie & Lansing Outbound store shipments are drop and hook from the DC and at the delivery locations No Touch Freight
Requirements
- at least 3 months Class A CDL experience within the last 3 years
- must live within 55 miles of Lansing
Responsibilities
