About The Position

Prestige Construction is seeking a highly experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead and grow our Home & Bath Remodeling Division in the Baltimore market. This is a senior-level, hands-on leadership role designed for a proven closer who can drive revenue personally while developing, training, and elevating a high-performing sales team. This position requires an elite sales professional who leads from the front, sets the standard for closing performance, and has the experience and presence to train others to win consistently. The Selling Sales Manager is responsible for overall sales performance and profitability of the office. Success in this role is driven by personal sales production, team development, and disciplined execution of the sales process. Compensation is performance-based and includes commission, management override, profitability incentives tied to office performance, and monthly bonus opportunities. Requirements

  • 5+ years of high-level home improvement sales experience (one-call / one-day sales environment strongly preferred)
  • Prior sales management or leadership experience required
  • Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop sales professionals successfully
  • Demonstrated history of top-tier closing performance
  • Strong leadership presence with advanced communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of performance management, sales strategy, and profitability
  • High technical proficiency, including iPad-based presentations and electronic contract platforms

Responsibilities

  • Produce revenue through personal in-home sales while serving as the top benchmark for closing excellence
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including appointment flow, territory coverage, and lead management
  • Train, coach, and develop In-Home Sales Representatives through structured training, ride-alongs, and field leadership
  • Assist with complex, high-value, or escalated sales opportunities and actively participate in closing
  • Analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and profitability to drive continuous improvement and office growth
  • Execute cancel-save and recovery strategies to maximize revenue retention
  • Collaborate with leadership on rehash opportunities and previously unsold leads
  • Design, implement, and lead ongoing sales training programs and performance development systems
  • Establish, enforce, and maintain high performance standards aligned with revenue and profitability goals
