Luxury Bath of Seattle is expanding rapidly and seeking a motivated, experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead our sales team while actively participating in the field. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who excels in both direct selling and team leadership within the home remodeling industry. We specialize in high-quality bathroom remodeling solutions backed by expert craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow in the Seattle market, we are looking for a strong sales leader who can drive results through hands-on management and in-home sales expertise.

Requirements

  • Prior successful in-home sales experience, ideally within the home improvement or remodeling industry.
  • Experience managing or training a sales team.
  • Proven ability to lead by example through direct sales performance.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Technologically proficient, with experience using iPad-based presentations and electronic contract platforms.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of driving both personal and team success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct In-Home Sales Appointments: Personally run sales appointments, demonstrating best practices and supporting team development through real-time coaching.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor a team of in-home sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Performance Management: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure targets are met. Provide constructive feedback and implement performance improvement strategies as needed.
  • Training & Development: Lead regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, improve sales techniques, and strengthen overall team performance.
  • Sales Support & Collaboration: Assist sales representatives with challenging appointments, including participating in joint calls and supporting the closing process.
  • Customer Retention: Conduct cancel-save and follow-up (rehash) appointments to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and inside sales teams to ensure consistent lead flow and efficient appointment scheduling.
