Assists Store Manager to drive store performance through the development of all sales associates; providing an environment that promotes teamwork and excellent customer service; providing motivation and direct sales associates to meet the objectives and maximize their potential. Duties and Responsibilities: Motivates and inspires sales associates, through coaching, counseling, and training, to excel in overall sales performance and customer service skills. Assists Store Manager to establish individual sales goals and manages accountability to increase individual sales performance. Ensures team environment by providing timely and consistent solutions to employee conflicts, concerns, and policy/procedure violations in order to ensure positive employee relations and motivate the staff to achieve results. Assists Store Manager in recruiting and hiring the best qualified candidates in order to develop a sales team that will attain store goals and achieve customer results. Motivates Sales Associates through development and implementation of exciting sales meetings, communications and sales incentives. Provides timely and accurate communication to sales staff of all relative information necessary for the effective and efficient performance of their jobs. Drives the performance of new programs, products, and sales initiatives through positive communication, training and coaching. Conducts one on one review with all sales associates to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all competitors in Market while striving to maintain maximum profit margins. Solves customer service concerns by providing creative solutions that are in the best interest of the company while providing the customer with a satisfactory outcome. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Other duties as assigned.
