The Select Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for leading the Ford Pro relationship with small/medium commercial customers to grow the Ford Pro Business.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze competitive situations and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with telematics and electrification solutions is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with small to medium commercial customers.
  • Knowledge of Ford Pro products and services.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Ford Pro relationship with small/medium commercial customers.
  • Work directly with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) on Sales Initiatives and Competitive Price Allowances (CPA) for Commercial Fleet Clients.
  • Write and submit CPA proposals.
  • Meet competitive situations and grow customer base/sales.
  • Service customers including Small-Fleets, Commercial, and Fleet Management Companies.
  • Interface with various field personnel.
  • Facilitate and sell the end-to-end Ford Pro Solution package, including telematics, essentials, charging, and EV.
