About The Position

The Role and Impact: Intel is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team in the Mobile Core space. As part of Intel's mission to drive technological innovation, this position plays a pivotal role in shaping the business strategy for Intel products. You will be responsible for defining product, business and marketing strategies, aligning them with customer and market needs, and influencing external and internal partners, and product development to maximize adoption and customer impact. Your work will directly contribute to advancing Intel's position as a global leader in technology innovation in the Telco Core. The role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with industry players and customers, and make a meaningful impact on Intel's success and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in developing business plans, marketing strategies and managing their execution in a matrixed organization. Strong business acumen, situational leadership and ability to influence all levels of management are essential skills
  • Expertise in competitive analysis and market research methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across various levels of an organization.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and players, with the ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • 8 years with a Master's degree, or 6 years with a PhD in a related role.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through innovative marketing strategies in technology sectors.
  • Strong track record of building multiple successful product lines in the communication industry

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement product marketing strategies for Intel products to support customer adoption and sales goals.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product features, pricing, and positioning strategies.
  • Develop global go-to-market strategies for product launches and manage execution across multiple channels.
  • Evaluate sales performance and product/technology adoption metrics to inform strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to represent customer and market needs in product development.
  • Create technical marketing content, including product briefs, specifications, pricing documentation, and other marketing materials.
  • Provide guidance to sales teams and internal stakeholders on connecting engineering, product management, and marketing efforts.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in strategic initiatives to drive business outcomes and ensure disciplined execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build strong relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen, enabling informed decision-making in complex situations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while maintaining disciplined execution
