About The Position

Use your agronomy and sales skills to develop strong relationships with customers as you provide them with a variety of products and services. As a Seed Advisor, you will: Apply your agronomic knowledge to support customer operations as you recommend and sell items from our seed product line Assess producer needs through farm visits and work with the precision agronomy team to provide prescriptions and data for planting and yields Maintain a professional image in the community and be actively involved in trade shows, test plots, producer meetings, sales trainings, and other industry events Assist in operations as needed to keep our agronomy facilities running efficiently such as delivering seed, stand counts, and other customer service tasks Take advantage of our lifetime income plan, outstanding benefits package, a friendly and safe work environment, and provide a valuable service to the local community.
