Amazon Global Media and Entertainment Security is hiring a motivated and experienced Security Technical Program Manager to identify, plan, and deliver security outcomes for Prime Video and Studios. This role involves engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive security excellence at unprecedented scale. As a Security Technical Program Manager, you'll influence and own long-term security outcomes for Prime Video and Studios. You will drive operational and strategic excellence, working directly with service teams to identify opportunities to improve security posture through tools, process improvements, and innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

  • Coordinate security-related engagements with both internal and external customers, ensuring effective communication and alignment of security objectives.
  • Work with the team to plan and deliver within agreed timeframes, leveraging strategic foresight to anticipate and address potential challenges.
  • Be proactive in removing roadblocks, fostering innovation, and managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Create, optimize, and support cross-functional working groups and projects, fostering collaboration and synergy across departments to enhance security capabilities.
  • Manage tight deadlines with precision and drive results, exhibiting exceptional attention to detail and ensuring the successful completion of projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and champion a holistic security strategy that aligns with business objectives and prioritizes customer experience enhancement.
  • 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 2+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
  • 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
  • Experience implementing security solutions at the cross-team level
  • Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
  • Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
  • 3+ years of diving security programs and outcomes.
