About The Position

Schneider is seeking a Security Team Leader in Green Bay to lead a team of security associates. The Security Team Leader will also solve security-related issues, lead Schneider’s emergency response plans and work with other leaders to develop and adhere to budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-4 years of previous security or customer service experience.
  • Outstanding leadership skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to remain calm in high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of security associates and ensure adequate shift coverage and proper staffing.
  • Manage the enterprise company car program and establish car usage policies.
  • Respond to emergency security issues and provide updates to other business leaders.
  • Update organization-wide emergency response and recovery plans.
  • Maintain incident and investigation records.
  • Establish crisis policies and procedures.
  • Create and follow annual budgets.
  • Coordinate timelines and responsibilities for security-related projects.
