MCS is hiring for a Security Systems Sales Associate position in Tampa, FL area. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits. The Security Systems Sales Associate must demonstrate strong sales skills and experience. The Security Systems Sales Associate will require good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. It is important that candidates keep abreast of industry trends and developments, as well as applicable Government regulations. Typical duties include: Identifying and engaging with contractors to promote our Structured Cabling, Safety, and Fire Alarm Divisions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, end users, and government entities. Understanding project requirements and providing suitable solutions. Collaborating with internal teams to develop accurate and competitive project quotes. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations. Staying up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Monitoring project bidding opportunities and actively pursuing projects for our divisions. Tracking and reporting sales activities, pipeline, and progress to the Sales Manager.
