About The Position

We are looking for a 3rd shift Security Supervisor to oversee, manage and run a team of security officers to ensure a safe and secure environment for clients, customers and employees by patrolling, monitoring premises and personnel throughout the Chicagoland (MUSEUM) work site.

Requirements

• ACTIVE 2027 ILLINOIS PERC card- Required
• 20hr Basic Security Training Certificate- Required
• 3+ years of recent supervisor experience
• 5+ years of security experience
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Sound Judgment
• Dependability
• Professionalism
• Open Availability

Responsibilities

• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, inspecting buildings, equipment and access points.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Enforcing security policies and procedures at all events
