The Cage Cashier provides friendly, efficient, accurate customer service to guests and co-workers through the process of chip cashing, check cashing, and making simple exchanges. It is a fun job for a public-orientated individual and requires the ability to handle multiple tasks at any given point in a timely manner. The Security Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Security Department. Responsible for protecting the assets, both tangible and intangible, while ensuring a safe environment for both customers and employees. This position will oversee both Wendover Nugget & Red Garter Hotel & Casino.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend all documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all times, with all levels of employees and guests.
- Ability to interface effectively with the public and co-workers.
Nice To Haves
- Military/law enforcement background experience preferred.
- 2-3 years security experience preferred.
- Certified in CPR/First Aid and/or EMT preferred.
- Working knowledge of cash handling and knowledge of Nevada Gambling regulations and rules.

Responsibilities
- Direct the activities of Security Officers.
- Responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Security Command Center.
- Prepare daily paperwork as required.
- Communicate information to Security personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
- Schedule and coordinate Security activities.
- Continually promote positive public image.
- Act to protect and safeguard assets of patrons, team members and the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
