Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Clear a criminal background check.
• High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to facilitate progressive change, getting along with other employees, following directions and continually improving.
• Clear and effective oral and written communications skills.
• Vigilance & Alertness: Constant awareness of surroundings and suspicious activity.
• Strong Communication: Excellent oral and written skills for reporting and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of security officers
• Respond to and manage emergencies, accidents, and criminal acts
• Ensure officers are trained on life safety systems
• Conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance equipment
• Communicate new security issues and changes
• Uphold strong customer service
