About The Position

As the Security Guard Supervisor with United Security in Las Vegas, you will play a critical role in overseeing all Security Guard responsibilities.

Requirements

• Security Supervisory experience required
• Valid Driver’s License
• 18 years of age and older
• High School diploma or GED
• Active NV PILB (Private Investigative Licensing Board) Guard Card
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Professional presentation with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Authorized to work in the US
• Pass background check
• Schedule adherence and punctuality
• Must be able to climb stairs, stand, walk for long periods of time
• Ability to retain knowledge, information, and directions on an ongoing basis and communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to react appropriately in emergency situations & skills in operating portable radio devices.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous security, military, or law enforcement
• Previous security supervisor experience

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming environment through strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform security patrols of the property.
• Perform investigations and create incident reports.
• Respond to accidents and emergencies, maintaining the safety of guests and employees
• Perform a variety of security tasks: foot and vehicle patrols, monitoring cameras, responding to tenant and customer complaints, prevent crime.
• Supervise and lead a team of Security Guards
• Other duties as needed and assigned.
